RDL Architects Welcomes Seasoned Architect, Jim Neville
RDL Architects is pleased to announce that James R. Neville, RA, NCARB has joined its firm as a Principal. For more than 45 years, Jim has been an accomplished architect, serving as Executive Vice President of Christian & Klopper for 20 years and president of the successor firm, Neville Architects, since 2005.
Jim’s broad range of professional experience allows RDL the opportunity to strengthen and expand the firm’s current, well established client base. His multi-decade tenure in architecture provides further depth to RDL’s current team of senior design professionals.

Jim has served on the City of Shaker Heights’ Architectural Board of Review since 1993; numerous Shaker Heights citizen advisory committees, a board member of the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation since 1992; a trustee for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation; a board member of Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland since 2014; and a founding director of the Fresh Air Camp for Ventilator-Dependent Children since 2000. Additionally, Jim has been very active with Fairmount Presbyterian Church as an adult leader, working with senior youth on both domestic and international construction mission trips.
Jim is a registered architect in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, North Carolina and Virginia. He is a member of NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards), the International Code Council and the National Fire Protection Association.
He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Western Reserve University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University.
