This project called for plans to convert three attached cottage apartments for independent seniors into one group home for residents with early- to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia. Bradford House is now architecturally designed for seniors who can no longer live safely in their homes and need 24-hour supervision, but do not require the care of a skilled nursing facility.
