Garfield Commons is a multi-phased 175 unit development created in partnership with the Pittsburgh Housing Authority. The project converted an existing mid-century public housing campus into a traditional styled neighborhood of townhomes, single family homes, community center and public green space seamlessly integrated with the surrounding urban fabric. In a prime location, the community is within minutes of shopping, two hospitals and Pittsburgh public schools.
