Throughout the design process and construction, we form a seamless team with the owner, the owner’s consultants and general contractor for purposes of exchanging information and providing feedback that quickly establishes a scope of work, balancing product, cost and schedule. Depending on the scale of a project, we hold weekly, or bi-weekly, team calls to ensure all of these key factors stay aligned during the course of a project. We lay out a staffing and deliverable schedule at the beginning of a project that allows adequate time for appropriate reviews and pricing exercises, with a drawing package submitted after each phase of the project.
