Located along the banks of the Cuyahoga River in downtown Cleveland, OH, RDL’s renovation of 1250 Riverbed provides residents unique urban apartments in the historic Flats neighborhood.

The Riverbed was originally built in the early 1900s, and RDL worked within these historic confines to create apartment units that modern living amenities and living experience. Situated along the Superior Viaduct, the renovation makes use of the archways to create protected outdoors lounge spaces, a rooftop amenity deck complete with a fireplace, and great views of the Cleveland skyline.
