The new Wellness and Community Center at Brethren Care Village brings a fresh look and in-demand amenities to this established life care community. The center provides a welcoming front door to engage the greater community and convenient access for the assisted living residents in the adjacent Belmont Tower.

An added challenge for the design team was planning for 12 1- and 2-bedroom apartments on the second floor with a private entrance and elevator.

The new 40,000+ square foot wellness center is positioned around two courtyards and includes a bar and cafe with a generous outdoor seating area, indoor pool and locker rooms, offices, and a chapel. The new wellness wing also includes a lifelong learning center, banquet room, indoor walking path, state of the art outpatient therapy services, massage and aromatherapy, a fitness center with attendant desk, yoga room, and warm water therapy pool.
