Grand Palms

The dynamic coastal design of the four-story apartment community received the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) “Florida Green” High-Rise Residential Building certification. Additionally, the project achieved LEED Platinum Certification and is the only affordable platinum certified project in the state of Florida since FGBC enacted their scoring system.

Reserved for seniors 55+, Grand Palms is a pet-friendly community that offers a mix of one and two-bedroom units. The common space includes a community room, kitchenette, café, third floor balcony, and wellness center. The courtyard features a large patio with heavy timber shade trellis surrounded by beautiful, terraced gardens and a dog run to allow residents to enjoy the Florida scenery year-round. A sculpture solar tree was incorporated along the street frontage in support of the local arts initiative. A ‘West Indies’ interior flare in furniture, fabric and artwork creates a colonial infused Caribbean aesthetic. Bold blue and red accents complement the dark wood-look flooring and other natural materials used.
