Vista Springs Ravinia is the latest addition to Vista Springs Senior Living’s presence in northeast Ohio. Located in the thriving corporate office district of Independence, it’s close to major highways and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. RDL Architects overcame the site’s challenging topography by orienting the building to take advantage of views across the ravine.

The 87,000 square foot building consists of 70 assisted living suites including some upscale two bedroom units with dramatic vaulted ceilings, fireplaces and upgraded appliances. The attached memory care community is designed following the Small House model with two 12 bed households. The centerpiece of the commons is a two story bistro rotunda leading out to the patio for residents to enjoy. Amenities include a theater, demonstration cooking area and enclosed, private landscaped courtyards.
