Job Description
- Initiate and manage all lead generation within Company’s CRM platform
- Collaborate with leadership to Identify targeted growth regions and sub-markets
- Develop annual profiles of targeted prospects with Leadership
- Initiate pursuit of targets
- Coordinate meetings with Client targets and leadership
- Create conference budgets, schedules and coordinate scheduling of all conference attendance in collaboration with leadership.
- Manage all travel and logistics coordination for conferences and trade shows.
- Initiate, develop, fulfill 12-month revenue growth plan and programs; collaborate with Leadership

- Lead and support RFP/RFQ content development, qualifications packages and presentations; manage deadlines, communications and activities related to RFP/RFQ requests
- Collaborate with studio leadership on proposal development
- Attend local networking events to include but not limited to ULI Cleveland, NAIOP Cleveland, AIA Cleveland.
- Attend client events to include but not limited to ribbon cuttings, grand openings and networking opportunities
- Manage and coordinate client and company sponsorship requests
- Prepare annual review / forecasts -competition/markets/revenue reports by Studio

- Graduate of an accredited bachelors or master’s degree program that meets NCARB licensing criteria
- 6+ years of experience in commercial, residential or senior living architecture.
- Possesses an active architectural license in US
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of building systems and construction assembly types.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Be able to move through projects and tasks quickly and thoroughly.
- Experience with construction administration.

- The Project Architect will be responsible for organizing and setting up drawings and taking the drawings from schematic to a full set of construction documents under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager.
- Depending on the project size and availability of staff, the Project Architect may be assigned an Intern to assist with drawings.
- Expected to communicate with clients and consultants.
- The Project Architect will be expected to attend project meetings, document meetings, and assist in handling construction administration for a project.

- Participate during all phases of project delivery
- Assist in programming, space planning, and design activities
