Quincy Retail Center
Quincy Retail Center is a boutique retail development located in Adams Township, positioned within a busy suburban growth corridor along Route 228—one of the community’s primary east–west routes. The project introduces two one-story retail buildings totaling approximately 21,120 square feet, organized along a new internal development street with shared parking and two drive-thru lanes. Designed to support the daily needs of a rapidly growing residential district, the center contributes to an evolving area that is quickly becoming a focal point of activity in Adams Township.
The site plan responds to the property’s elevated topography above Route 228 by balancing corridor visibility with a pedestrian-oriented retail environment. The buildings front the internal street and connect to adjacent residential development while maintaining strong visibility from the heavily traveled corridor. Drive-thru circulation and service access are positioned along the rear of the buildings to maintain an active retail frontage.
Architecturally, the buildings reflect a warm modern industrial character with brick veneer, architectural CMU, horizontal metal panels, and wood-look composite accents. Metal canopies and expansive aluminum storefronts activate tenant spaces and support outdoor patio areas. A blade sign integrated into one building and a pylon sign at the Route 228 entrance reinforce visibility and wayfinding.
