The Ashford at Cobblestone is a middle-market senior living community designed to provide assisted living and memory care in Montville Township’s growing Cobblestone development. Located on a 5.15-acre site near Medina, the project consists of a three-story, 82-unit assisted living residence connected through a one-story Commons to a 30-bed memory care neighborhood.

The Commons serves as the heart of the community, bringing together dining, social and wellness amenities. Planned spaces include restaurant-style dining, arts and crafts, multipurpose rooms, fitness and rehabilitation, a salon, management offices and other resident support services.

The single-story memory care neighborhood is organized around a secure, enclosed courtyard, creating a comfortable and easily navigable environment with direct access to protected outdoor space. The compact, three-story assisted living configuration shortens travel distances for residents and staff while supporting operational efficiency.

Building on RDL’s experience with Wallick’s Ashford communities, the design combines standardized residential layouts, flexible common spaces and an efficient building footprint. Pitched roofs, gabled forms and durable exterior materials establish a welcoming residential character that complements the surrounding Cobblestone neighborhood.
