Infinium

Infinium’s inspired vision brings a brand-new ground up mixed-use development to the acclaimed University Circle district.

The exciting 327,000 square foot building plan proposes 33 townhomes and condominiums and 132 mixed-income apartments homes. The vision anchors the east end of Euclid Avenue and boasts having a two-story restaurant and retail space which transitions to the residential townhouses. The outdoor rooftop pool and lounge areas sit above the retail space, and the raised dining terrace turns the corner and leads to the porte-cochere for the residential tower.

The design intentionally connects E 118th Street residential neighborhood to the Euclid Avenue commercial corridor by bisecting the site with a pedestrian promenade. Views from the proposed residential building and shadow impact were investigated. Sustainable features were integrated into the design including an efficient building envelop and systems design, use of recycled and reclaimed materials, the utilization of green roofs bioswales and permeable pavers, and LEED certification. The proposed design maximizes density while respecting the scale of the surrounding neighborhood. Infinium was envisioned to be and thoughtfully designed as a hub of activity.
