The Grove is a popular and expansive open-air mall in Los Angeles, making it an ideal location for Arhaus Furniture as it expands its presence throughout Southern California. Described as “one of our most beautiful locations yet” by John Reed, Arhaus co-founder and CEO, The Grove marks Arhaus’ 11th California location. 

A continuation of RDL’s partnership with Arhaus, our team reimagined the nearly 18,000 square-foot retail space that was previously home to a Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant. The restaurant was originally built in 2000 under stringent code requirements, necessitating creativity and due-diligence throughout the conversion process.

The new showroom features a modern, upscale design consistent with the nationwide brand. A notable differentiator for this location is the addition of a 4,000 square foot outdoor furniture section that offers customers a lush private backyard feel. This design empowers Arhaus to continue growing its outdoor business, which has seen lasting demand sparked by the pandemic.
