Arcadia is a new mixed-use building featuring 5-stories of luxury apartments, second floor office space, and first floor retail spaces located in Shaker Heights, Ohio.

RDL Architects’ team of interior designers and architects worked closely to develop intricate mill-work details reflecting the historic architecture found throughout the Shaker Heights residential neighborhoods.

To balance the classic architectural details, we incorporated contemporary finishes such as decorative lighting and plumbing fixtures, wall coverings, and metal screens as well as furnishings.

A jewel-toned color palette was incorporated through paint accents, rich fabrics, and ornate botanic custom murals.
