Somera Road Inc., a New York-based developer, invested in St. Louis, Missouri’s Village Square, recruiting RDL to design the revitalized façade for the mixed-use property in St. Louis’ suburbs.

Focused on a major exterior façade renovation, RDL worked with Somera Road to give the dated center a major facelift. Comprised of one-story buildings, the façade features brick piers, Nichiha paneling, EIFS banding, and new built-up tower elements at key building corners.
