The project’s striking interior design package is inspired by the area’s rich history and scenic views of the campus surroundings.

Light wood textures and tones of blues and greens were selected for furnishings and finishes to create a sense of coastal warmth and are complemented with artwork and accessories appointed to kindle a sentience of familiarity and comfort. The many uniquely designed common areas and gathering spaces throughout the building encourage and accommodate residents’ social interaction. The overall aesthetic results in an environment with a southern charm that is comfortable, safe, and compliant with all ADA requirements.

The new ground-up Sprenger Health Care Systems life care community offers 45 private assisted living and 65 private skilled nursing care suites covering 80,000 square feet. The scope of the interior design package is all inclusive: design and specifications, millwork and lighting, finished and furniture, art and accessories.

Indoor and outdoor common areas include a great hall, bar, physical therapy gym, community spaces, spiritual center, gardens, an outdoor putting green and four secure courtyards for residents to enjoy.
